Manufacturing/Engineering/Planning support specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing/Engineering/planning support specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is directly responsible to the Vice President of Programs and supports all Avcon sites in manufacturing engineering and planning, they will be responsible for:

· Providing physical drawings from IDL to production

· Identify production needs after IDL is released. Conducted by reviewing IDL, and drawings as well as parts lists.

· Generate Purchasing Requisition as required from review above.

· Generate ECRs for engineering design or specification changes.

· Manage and execute the shipping requirements in support of customer deliveries.

· Generate kit documents as required in support of kit delivery

· Pull kits for inventory and PMA inspection, as well as any other delivery docs required.

· Prepare drawing package for installation/modification project and kit delivery, including packing list.

· Ensures tooling calibrations are complete and maintain compliance to schedule as directed by Quality

· Provide manufacturing engineering support to enable production to have adequate and appropriate tooling and equipment

· Site flow and inventory management for our Newton and New Century Kansas locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
